Mandatory Army Training for Indian Citizens - to build One Powerful INDIA
The Issue
PROBLEM
- Lot of media propaganda against any govt. developmental efforts
- Independent Citizen silos
- Politicians dividing states/ people for political advantages
- Segregated States
- Disharmony and divides created by media by their own opinion
- Non-engagement or alignment of citizens towards building “one powerful India”
- No-one knows the Pain of Soldier(infact the attitude of defending a nation)
- Soldiers are not just people standing in the Border – each and every Citizen in Action is a Soldier
PROPOSED SOLUTION
- Make 1 year to 2 Year Mandatory Military/Armed force training for Citizens of India from Age 18-45 years
- Working in the army brings people beyond their normal identities of race, color, religion and social status and promotes equality
- Equality promotes oneness as a society
- Army training builds physical strength and mental will in all the citizens promoting physical health and mental clarity across societies
- We will have a standby Army at any point of time across the country which will harmonize societies and invoke a new culture of equality
- Larger Goals of making India as a great Powerful nation will increase Citizen engagement as they will have identify themselves towards nationalism
- Polity- Army-Trained Citizens – All will be aligned in one direction in building a better and powerful India

- Total 72500 personnel per batch( diversity indexes can be applied)
- 7 Union Territories (500 each)
- 3500 in total per batch ( diversity indexes can be applied)
- We can additional special requests or batches for Women and other classes
- Total 100,000 per batch will result in 8-10 years to train almost 10% of citizens of India – creating a multiplier effect in culture across India
- Also we can increase the number of people if there is a budget and plan
WHAT TO BE TRAINED ON
- Army physical fitness( might need to be customized for age, gender and ability)
- Weapons training like guns etc.
- Education based military training (e.g. electronics engineer in radar etc.)
- Army training in different geographies(all weather and terrain)
- Cross Culture training among the batch to showcase their state culture
- Cross language training to each other.
- Team training to focus on how to build larger nation(e.g. fighting corruption etc.)
- Agenda to Spread the same harmonized culture once going back to society after training
IMPLEMENTATION
- Plan for batches every year – 3 months selection process and prioritization of application pipeline process
- Provide provisions in law/employment for companies to accommodate such 1 year service into their systems
- Compensate companies by tax provisions for peoples absence
- Compensate participants and their families for the loss of income during the service period.
