Hunter Mauro Ferdinand was killed in August 2017.    The defendants John (Johnny) Zuzueta & Jordan Rollolazo are about to receive a plea bargain from the Judge in the Kern County Superior Court.
John is about to receive a 180 day term that could be reduced to community service by the probation department. Jordan charges are being reduced to a misdemeanor.
John & Jordan were street racing and both were originally facing felony vehicular manslaughter charges. This has been an ongoing case of over 4 years with many court delays and, NO justice served!

Under Felony PC 192 (C) (1) >ACT                                      We believe that for a Felony the plead bargain is an extremely unfair resolution for the death of Hunter Ferdinand that resulted from street racing. 

We are asking for those who have a disagreement to the term to please sign onto this petition.
