My sister Maria J. Yearwood  was denied the custody of her two girls and cut off from all assets they both accumulated while she was married to Mr. John Yearwood; she has properties in Costa Rica, but inherited from her Father.  The ex-husband and his family nearly drove her to a nerves breakdown by threatening her, by denying the child support, by ordering her to move out of the residence before the time appointed by Judge Grimes and by using their money to pay her neighbors to falsely testify against her character.  There are too many inconsistences in her case to be able to mention them all here. Not long ago, my sister became a citizen of this country and when the immigration officer asked her about her marital status to which she replied I'm married,  the officer then replied to her you are right, had she answered divorced the officer then would denied her request for citizenship on the basis of being lied to by her.

 

The following is an electronic email between my sister and the counselor the court ordered for my nieces and sister during their divorce:

 

 

I spent a great deal of time last evening considering our conversations the last two days as well a reviewing the court documents that you sent over yesterday afternoon and I am in full agreement that it is my responsibility to help and take some action to correct this situation. Therefore, with your permission I would like to create a letter for the judge this weekend that outlines all the abuse you have suffered, the incorrect parts to the agreement as well as clearing your record? Unfortunately, I will not be in the office much of today as we have to bring my daughter down to the hospital as she is having struggles with her liver and they would like to do tests but you can email me back to let me know this is ok. I will write the letter this weekend and then on Monday send it to you to approve and then fax to the judge.

A mi hermana se le negó la custodia de sus dos hijas y pensión alimenticia y abceso a lo se acumulo mientras ella estaba casada. Su  ex-marido y su familia casi la llevaron a un quebranto de  nervios con abuso verbal  y mediante el uso de su dinero para que sus vecinos rindieran un falso  testimonio sobre su carácter. Hay demasiadas inconsistencias en su caso para poder mencionarlos a todos por este medio. No hace mucho, mi hermana se convirtió en un ciudadana de este país y cuando el funcionario de inmigración le preguntó su estado civil  ella respondió estoy casado porque ella no ha recibido un papel constando lo contrario de la corte, el oficial entonces le respondió usted tiene razón, si ella hubiese  contestado estoy divorciada el oficial le habría negado la solicitud de la ciudadanía sobre la base que le mintio sobre el asunto.

 

 

 

El siguiente es un correo electrónico entre mi hermana y el consejero de la corte ordenó a mis sobrinas y hermanas durante su divorcio:

 

Pasé mucho tiempo la noche anterior considerando nuestras conversaciones de los últimos dos días y una revisión de los documentos de la corte que se envían a través de la tarde de ayer y estoy totalmente de acuerdo que es mi responsabilidad ayudar y tomar algunas medidas para corregir esta situación . Por lo tanto, con su permiso, me gustaría crear una carta para el juez este fin de semana que describe todos los abusos que ha sufrido, las partes incorrectas del acuerdo, así como la limpieza de su disco? Por desgracia, no voy a estar en la oficina la mayor parte de hoy ya que tenemos que llevar a mi hija al hospital ya que está teniendo luchas con su hígado y que les gustaría hacer pruebas, pero usted me puede enviar de vuelta para hacerme saber esto es ok. My goal for this petition to be able to receive some answers from the Honorable

 Honorable Judge Hubert L. Grimes

1. Why Mr. and Mrs. Tobis did not need a court order to remove my nieces by force (children with out shoes and crying for being separated from their Mother)with out previous notice from their Mother residing in Deltona to relocate them with Mr. Yearwood in Sitka Alaska?

2. Why the refusal to give my sister her divorce papers as well the property distribution and Who paid my sister's lawyer Liza Stark’s fees?

3. Why according to the immigration officer my sister’s marital status still married to Mr. John Yearwood? How did Mr. Yearwood manage to marry to a 26-year-old, while still married to my sister?

4. Why my sister did not receive the child support order by Judge Grimes from December 2011 to March2012?

5.Why was my sister order to leave her residence before the appointed time, and as result lights and water suspended while she was in that house regardless of her having minors and her diabetic mother living with her?

6. Why my sister was denied of a court order to keep Mr. Yearwood from being near her, allowing him to humiliate her e.g. visiting her with younger woman?

7. Why her counselor appointed by Judge Grimes during her divorce Dr. Andrew Pittington, told my brother Jose to leave Deltona as fast as they could because their lives were in danger?

8. Why there in Deltona both of Mr. and Mrs. Yearwood’s properties has a sign that reads if they see my sister nearby to call the police?9. Why Judge Grimes ignore Mr. Yearwood’s police records during his consideration for custody?

9.Why the car rental Company did not file a report of the cut cables found after my sister almost lost her life on her way to court when her rental car stalls in the middle of the highway?

10. Why no one paid attention to the harrizing phone calls my sister received during her divorce day and night verbally abusing her?

11.Why request of Mrs. Yearwood on the parenting plan to transport her children to every event, paid for 50% of extracurricular activity and 100% of camps if children attended to one, ignoring Mrs. Yearwood’s complain that Mr. Yearwood did not sent her the child support prescribed by the court since November 2011.  All bank account frozen, thereby lacking money to pay for mechanical services and all else?

12. Why the parenting plan the minor children allowed to have their lap top computer and cell in placed in the children’s bedroom with skype time not supervise or interrupted regardless of the difference of time Mr. Yearwood has living in Alaska and not taken into consideration that both children must attend to school next morning?

14. Why court appointed counselor to my sister and children, when she could not afford to pay for his services?

I have in my position videos of you when you used to get drunken and in your own stupor did not care about being naked regardless of your daughters being around the house. Why do you denied us the Chaves Family access to Deborah and Krysta, since my Mom does not have a psychology history of depression attempting  to take her life like as your Mom did.

 None of my brother has committed suicide and killed his wife as your brother did not long ago and it was all over the newspapers in West Palm Beach.  None of us attends to nude beaches like those that you do attend because we know our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and God will destroy those who destroy his temple.

 As far as I know none of us has laid down with a half brother or sister after consuming drugs, thereby affecting  your behavioral and Cognitive senses as you did with your half-sister while married to my sister, she found you both  in her own marriage’s bed. None us visit friend’s house, consume drugs, and swap wives as you did and wanted my sister to partake of that deprave behavior.

We sin against God, oh yes we do but Mom and Dad taught us to respect God and to abstain from doing anything against his holiness. I have news for you in spite of all the attempts to remove evidence from my sister possession you did not succeed because I have it all of it in a concealed place.  We knew that your Mother has a lot of money and  she is very smart when becomes to do evil, Deborah Tobis does not love her own life, therefore  we knew she would attempt to destroy my sister when my sister decided to walk out of the inferno you had her in.  I am not judging you, not at all let God Judge you for rejecting the only true way to salvation.  A born again Christian loves his brothers and sisters and his enemies too for this is the mark of a true follower of Jesus Christ.

We took plenty of photos of my sister possessions kept in her former home, anybody who takes care of that residence must answer in court for any missing thing belonging to my sister, she did not remove any of it because of the lack of a paper stating what belonged to her and what belonged to you Mr. Yearwood.  People may be asking themselves why Mrs. Maria J. Yearwood did not divorce you earlier and our reply to them for fear that she may lose her own life and children. 7. ¿Por qué su consejero nombrado por el juez Grimes durante su divorcio Dr. Andrew Pittington, le dije a mi hermano José a dejar Deltona tan rápido como pudieran, porque sus vidas estaban en peligro?

8. ¿Por qué no en Deltona, tanto del señor y las propiedades de la señora Yearwood tiene un cartel que decía si ven a mi hermana cerca de llamar a la policía?

9. ¿Por qué el Honorable juez Grimes ignoro los registros policiales del Sr. Yearwood durante su examen para la custodia?

10. ¿Por qué el coche de alquiler no informó de los cables cortados encontrados después de mi hermana casi pierde su vida en su camino a la corte cuando sus coche de alquiler paro  en el medio de la carretera?

11. ¿Por qué nadie le prestó atención a las llamadas telefónicas que mi hermana recibió en su día el divorcio y la noche abusando verbalmente de ella?

 12.¿ Porque a la señora Yearwood en el plan de crianza para el transporte de sus hijos a cada evento, pagado el 50% de actividad extra curricular y el 100% de los campos de si asisten a uno, haciendo caso omiso de la señora Yearwood se quejan de que el Sr. Yearwood no lo hizo le envió la mantención de los hijos ordenado por la corte desde noviembre de 2011, y todas las cuentas bancarias congeladas y carece de dinero para pagar los servicios mecánicos y todo lo demás?

13.¿Porque en el plan de crianza se le requiere a  la señora Yearwood que transporte con un carro con fallas mecánicas (sin dinero para pagar para los reparos)a sus hijas a todo evento, incluyendo los q' el Señor Alvin y la Señora Deborah Tobís les registra, y el costo q' los abuelitos no pagaban un 50% y el si las ninas atendian a un campamento todo el costo le tocaba a la Señora Yearwood a sabiendas de q' el Señor Yearwood no estaba cumpliendo con la pensión alimenticia desde Noviembre del 2011 y todas sus cuentas de banco congeladas?

 14.¿Por qué en el plan de crianza se les permite a los hijos menores de edad a tener su ordenador portátil y celular en colocarse en la habitación de los niños con el tiempo skype no supervisar o interrumpir independientemente de la diferencia de tiempo al Sr. Yearwood ha vivir en Alaska y no se tomo en cuenta que tanto los niños deben asistir a la escuela por mañana?
