This is a petition for leniency on behalf of Marcell Dockery. The fire of April 2014 that resulted in the death of cop David Guerra was indeed tragic, and Marcell will have to live with that for the rest of his life. However it was accidental. Marcell, if he set that mattress on fire, did not intend to harm, hurt, or kill anyone. If he is responsible, he did a stupid, thoughtless action as many kids do. He should not be penalized for life by a stupid, childish mistake- serving a prison sentence.
