Through simply being himself, Elijah performs an invaluable public service: he brightens the days of Opelousas' citizens, spreading smiles and laughter with each video he shares.

To honor this remarkable young man, we propose the City of Opelousas arrange a city-wide parade on his birthday. This celebration would not only recognize Elijah's individual achievements and community impact but also serve to unite our community in joy and festivity. Moreover, by presenting Elijah with the Key to the City, Mayor of Opelousas can officially acknowledge his unique contribution to making our community a happier place.
