The existing Digipad 1.0 offered with Honda City in India is an obsolete infotainment system with no option of Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, which cars even half the price of Honda WR-V are equipped with. Also, the system goes through a severe lag during calls & music playback over bluetooth connection. To add to the pain, the steering mounted voice controls also give up while making & taking calls. It is high time Honda realizes the dissatisfaction of the buyers & help them provide with an upgrade to the Digipad 2.0, which is also a product of Honda. (being offered with the new Amaze, which again is priced less than the Honda City). Such an upgrade would not only provide a relief to the existing owners & re instill confidence about Honda's customer service & satisfaction, but would also increase the market sales of the product itself for the company. 

Update: New City comes with digipad 2.0 and existing owners should be given an option for upgrade/replacement. We are still hoping that Honda would address to it's existing Customers long pending ask.
