Dear friends of the language of Gods, this is an exciting period. A few weeks after Sanskrit Day, when MGI had a round-table meeting where it was decided Sanskrit will be given the same status as all other Oriental Languages, we look up at the number of signatories and see we are 14 short of the first real milestone. Another exciting news is that we have come up with a fast-track Sanskrit course to go from nil to conversational level Sanskrit in only 20hrs. All you need to do is turn up at our course for 10 sessions of 2hrs each! As promised, I will personally take this petition to all the ministers this is addressed to, once we reach 1000 signatories. I will print the list and present the signatures personally every time we cross a multiple of 1000. For that, I need a bit more of your support.
