Quairading is a town with a large Aging Community which currently receives funding to access 10 beds in Aged Care across Parker House and The Aged Care Wing at Quairading Hospital.
The Hospital provides 6 beds for high care residents and is currently full with a waitlist of patients. Parker House has 4 beds in use and extra beds vacant but unable to be used due to lack of funding.
We are asking for a review in the funding provided to Aged Care Facilities in Quairading so we can accomodate the Ageing Population and keep our loved ones home.
