We the First Nations People of Australia and our supporters, DO NOT want Constitutional Recognition. 

Our Sovereignty was never ceded.  We do not acknowledge the Australian Constitution as a binding document governing our First Nations People and we strongly appose being included into it after 120 years of its existence.

Our people have been the Sovereign people of the now called land Australia for over 80,000 years and Terra Nullius have been proven to be fabricated.

TREATIES with First Nations People is required on a national level and we have been calling for them for the past 250 years.

We advise we will be voting NO to the referendum.

We do not support the Statement of the Heart.

We want the respectful acknowledgement of our First Nations People as the Sovereignty of this land and we want TREATIES NOW, like every other countries First Nations People.
