I Sanjeev Kumar Singh citizen of India staying at Kharagpur West Midnapore West Bengal. I have been working on the post of Job Assistant at the Agricultural and Food Engineering Department Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur for last 17yrs. In 2017 November my salary was stop by the Institute administration due to the request for regulation and social security benefits and no benefits for service has been paid for the last 17yrs. 17 January 2017 principal Investigator of Institute ask for apolige letter for asking for regulations and social security benefits. Get ill and admit in B C ROY HOSPITAL and intimate the administration but they are issued three memos and make charges stablise the two members committee for charges. Discontinued the job and salaries after two months email that charge has not found and Job was not extended and finished at 31/03/2017. At that time I was make several appeal but not get justice

If 31/03/2017 my contract was not extended then how charges has formed and service continues for 3 May 2017. No termination notice has been issued. 

My family is suffering from the financial crisis and family was survived on govt. ration and daily wages that also effected due to covid.
