PAYMENT OF ARREARS -SUPREME COURT CONTEMPT PETITION: My dear friends,
Annexed here is the communication posted by Com. C. N. Prasad whis is self-explicit.  Further,  it is also informed that there is a possibility of delay in the payment of the DR arrears as informed .   
In this regard, I also annex the observations made out by our another learned friend - Com. N. Sankara Subramanian for more incite for the possible delay in the payment of arrears of difference in  Dearness Relief as opined above.
