Learned from news that Cabinet gave nod to Pune Metro phase 1. On carefully reading news we can understand Cabinet cleared long pending hurdles in project implementation. If Cabinet is that serious and if they have all the powers then why can't they take decision on phase 1 extention till Nigdi?
