Cayman, we are under attack from internal forces!
The Attorney General Samuel Bulgin deliberately put us, the people of the Cayman Islands, in jeopardy when HE NOR NO ONE FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE SHOWED UP AT THE INITIAL GRAND COURT HEARING to answer on behalf of the us, the people of the Cayman Islands, when the petitioners wanted to change the marriage definition to allow gay marriage in the Cayman Islands!
"No one from the Attorney General’s Chambers was present at the short first hearing, an indication that the government was well aware that the JR was, as noted by the CJ, “well-based”. However, the country’s top judge said he would have thought the attorney general would have wanted to be heard."

As a direct result of the Attorney General’s negligence in attention to his duties, the petitioners were granted a trial date and passed the first stage of these legal proceedings. But the appeal is coming in August 2019 and we will demand all hands on deck so that the Attorney General doesn’t deliberately throw this case!
The buck stops with the Attorney General and on many occasions, his dereliction of duties and the LEGAL OPINIONS HE GAVE which the Cayman Islands Government relied on has COST US, THE PEOPLE, A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY because of handling his duties carelessly.
This includes the way he has recklessly handled the matter of NOT FIGHTING FOR OUR BEACH ACCESS in a timely manner.
People, FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD and we, the people, need the Attorney General to know that we are the very people who are his boss and who employ him!
So sign the petition for the Governor to start the inquiry where there is much evidence of the Attorney General hiring unqualified foreigners with only a DIPLOMA instead of QUALIFIED CAYMANIANS WITH A MASTERS DEGREE!
Let’s take back control of our destiny…the Attorney General has to go!
