Fairways Restaurant 

The restaurant would have many options to open its doors again (once the pandemic has subsided). Ideally it would involve moving out the pro shop to the cart barn/laundromat area. The Restaurant has been closed for 8yrs there are so many residents that loved having the convenience of a full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner. A few of the options are as follows:

1. Lease out the space to a restaurant management company. 
2. Hire HTA employees to work the restaurant.
3. Ask Billy Casper to hire employees to run a restaurant in the Pro shop
