Private student accommodation companies should not be taking rent of students who physically cannot use the rooms. Many Universities are being extremely understanding during this uncertain time and making sure students do not pay for accommodation if they are not living there. There are strict government guidelines preventing us from being able to use our halls, therefore I think it is outrageous for companies to be profiting off our demise. 

Countless students have been in touch with Homes For students asking for updates and we are being ignored, no communication at all. Leaving us completely in the dark and shying away from the problem.
