Contemporary Garden Homes, LLC and JDH Association Management must be held accountable...
The Issue
Since the original development stage of Houston's Contemporary Garden/Patio homes, proper infrastructure and bare minimum security have been left off William Gray's Contemporary Home, LLC's punch list.
Successful and profitable urbanization has taken precedent over safety, and the developers of the community have abandoned their responsibility to ensure secure housing for it's buyers. The result has been collateral - including multiple home invasions, car break-in's, assaults with the use of deadly weapons and more; some severe enough to be featured on local news outlets.
In conjunction with Contemporary Homes, LLC, it's partnering home owners association management firm JDH has offered little to no support to the very people they are hired to represent.
The financial responsibility to develop and maintain a secure neighborhood for tax payers falls on the shoulders of the above-mentioned parties, and the lack of accountability stops now!
Take action! Sign this petition, NOW, as we prepare to escalate our concerns to the City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department and District D representative Dwight Boykins.
