Problem

The problem is that there are people who are homeless and they use drugs. They go in the alleys to do their drugs and it's not safe for them and the people who live downtown. There have been many complaints about the homeless drug users. The city of Des Moines has done nothing about this problem.

Solution

The solution is to get them off the streets, into a rehab center or somewhere where they can get help with their addiction so they can become productive members of society again. We need to find a solution before someone gets hurt or worse, killed by these addicts in our downtown area!

Solution: The City of Des Moines needs to put together a plan on how they will address this issue!
