Homebase has taken hundreds of orders in the last few months of the covid-19 pandemic and have not been able to deliver the orders.  They are now ignoring peoples requests to have their money refunded, and they do not answer their phones or respond to emails.  If you cannot fulfil peoples orders then they have a right to a refund, start refunding people!
