All respective surrounding towns of Lavalette allow low speed electrical golf carts to be driven throughout their townships.  A privilege that attributes to beach resort style living.  After speaking with police officers they too believe it to be safer and less congested and prefer a low speed vehicle to be driven to the beach, coffee shops, dinner, all local business as opposed to cars and large SUVs.   Vacate ordinance section 89-9.3 to have the same privilege as our neighboring towns to allow registered and insured low speed electrical golf carts in Lavallette. Please sign this petition to give our beautiful Lavallette the same privilege as our neighboring towns for safer and less congested roads!!
