We as students have faced an innumerable amount of obstacles and are asking our university to give us the opportunity to hand in late assignments by extending the submission deadline for all classes. Many families have been affected by financial hardships and sudden, unexpected deaths, domestic abuse and dysfunctional relationships have wreaked havoc on the mental state of those around us yet we as students persist even when shell-shocked by our dystopian reality. We the student body ask that the deadline for all assignment submissions be extended to support the academic success and well being of the student populous.
