Southwest Roanoke has one. 

Salem has one. 

We want one. 

Hollins and the NE Roanoke area deserve a dog park—for the dogs that live here. We have just as many furry best friends, just as much community, and even unused spaces sitting idle while our dogs have nowhere to run...unless they go to the far away lands of no return. And there...rest assured...they know they are the visitors. As do their owners. 

Our dogs just want a park...WE want to use our abandoned and vacated tax payer-funded parcels of forgotten grass to benefit the community in some way. We are going to mow and maintain it anyway - might as well make it worth the taxes 😉🐕
