We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the alarming trend of Youtubers who are exploiting children on social media for monetary gain. It is disheartening to see young children being used as commodities for likes, shares, and sponsorships on social media platforms, while their childhoods are being taken away from them from complete strangers. 

It is high time for the Youtubers who collect a paycheck about children under the Guise of “Saving kids.” These Youtubers are putting children at risk of exploitation, cyberbullying, and invasion of privacy. They are also promoting a toxic culture of self-promotion and materialism, which can have negative long-term effects on the mental health and well-being of these children.

We urge you to take immediate action and strike the channels that are using children in order to further their views on YouTube. I urge you to sign and to write YouTube about the communities that are breaking TOS on the daily and nothing is happening.   We suggest the following actions:

1.      Strike the channels for Bullying and Harassment. 

2.      Write to YouTube once a week. 

3.      Write the channel's sponsors if they have any and inform them that they are supporting a channel that exploits children that they are not even related to. 

4.      Spread the word. 

We believe that social media platforms have a responsibility to protect the well-being of their users, especially vulnerable children who cannot speak up for themselves. We urge you to take this matter seriously and take immediate action to hold the youtubers accountable for exploiting their children on social media platforms for monetary gain.
