I saw a neighbor get her car damaged by a Western Towing driver without her being the one towed I also gotten towed by western towing few times without proper written notice of towing before by law it is required by the state of california Source: (www.kts-law.com . This is just two examples of the many illegal actions and unethical practices carried out by Western Towing Company against residents in San Diego. Numerous complaints have been filed regarding unauthorized towing, damage to vehicles, and lack of proper notification before towing.

Residents deserve better protection from such predatory practices..

We, the undersigned, are petitioning against western towing companies for their illegal actions and unethical practices. 

These companies have been known to tow vehicles without proper authorization, charge exorbitant fees for towing services, and engage in predatory practices such as targeting low-income neighborhoods and college campuses.
