One of Viva Films' latest eroticas, Pantasya ni Tami, directed by Easy Ferrer and Topel Lee involves a female cosplayer named Tami, portrayed by Azi Acosta receiving and committing sexual acts without any legal consequences. A trailer released on January 13, posted on VivaMax's page resulted into innocent youth voicing out their opinions, most of which object the film's portrayal of cosplaying, a hobby where people dress up as characters for the sake of improving their self-confidence. 

As a result of the release of the film's trailer, incidents of sexual harassment, especially targeted towards female cosplayers and minors have been rising, with no forms of justice being given to the perpetrators who think that cosplayers are the equivalent of sex workers or prostitutes, all thanks to a false stereotype generated by Pantasya ni Tami. Minor cosplayers' school lives have been ruined thanks to the movie, and more women who even view cosplays on TikTok get sexually harassed by older men in public scenarios, often asking them their "blowjob rates" or inappropriately touching them in the most sensitive areas of the human body.

To those who are close-minded enough to support the film through harassing people who simply voice out their opinion, often looking like pedophiles and perverts in the process, it is best you leave this petition alone rather than bash. Your comments will eventually be exposed to the people that you care about the most and will ruin your lives and careers.

Now is the time to act even more; While there are a lot of callout posts to the studio, this is just the beginning. We don't blame the industry for inciting sexual crimes, but the insensitive writers and directors behind Pantasya ni Tami, Easy Ferrer and Topel Lee, and the unidentified writers of the movie, as well as Viva Films for allowing their delusional fantasies to come true without thoroughly investigating the possible long term consequences that the theme of Ferrer and Lee's erotica can impact to the communities that they are trying to make films based on.
