I prepaid  an attorney Cristina burik, of Myers’s law group ,who just robbed me of my money paid for in advance for a non jury trial , which that firm sent a different attorney to enter to withdraw, on the day of scheduled non jury trial the presiding judge allowed this , stating I didn’t have adequate funds to continue representation, and it was granted,smh. By the way im traveling to Pittsburgh from ny at my expense , and the courts just enter continuation, after another . This has gone on long enough , and if you viewed the link , there was no microphone on the officer , which is why there was no sound . My vehicle was given to an informant possibly, because I’m confused as to why the vehicle was never entered as evidence. Mid there was a crime or violation of the law., please help me , I am no attorney,but I know my rights continue to be violated . trial day is set for December 9,2025 to which I have yet to hear anything from the courts just enter appointed attorney that was forced to represent me , after being robbed for all I had . I submitted a complaint to the state police internal affairs division, I was informed that my claims could not be addressed because the case is still active … Huh? I was wrongfully arrested and detained by a state police officer. It was a distressing experience that shook my trust in the very institution meant to protect and serve citizens like me. moving forward ;On [march,28,2020], I was going about my daily activities when I was abruptly stopped, questioned without cause, and subsequently detained without any justifiable reason. This traumatic ordeal lasted for hours, leaving me feeling helpless and violated.

Instances of police misconduct, like my own, undermine public trust and erode the fabric of community safety. According to data released by the [relevant report or authority], cases of police misconduct have seen a concerning increase, with [specific statistic] in the past year alone. This pattern not only damages the reputation of reputable officers but also instills fear and anxiety among the populace.

It is essential to address such abuses of power to protect citizens' rights and ensure accountability. Immediate action is required by implementing comprehensive reforms. First, there needs to be mandatory body cameras for all officers on duty to ensure transparency and accountability. Second, thorough investigations must be conducted by an independent review board instead of internal police departments to eliminate bias. Lastly, officers found guilty of misconduct should face severe penalties, including suspension and legal action, to deter future offenses.
