I was driving then I was suddenly stopped by the messy PPD officer with the small braids and the loose hips. He Harassed me and try’d to find a valid reason the write me a ticket when there was none. I was held up for over an hour for what was suppose to be a simple citation . My kids were in the car crying thinking I was going to jail. I was treated like a complete animal. I don’t know what else to do besides ask for the help of my loving community to speak out against this thug, with hopes that our city officials hold him accountable.
