These young boys have dedicated countless hours to training and the sport they love, and they deserve fairness both on and off the field. Recently, serious allegations emerged during a game, leading to a decision by the Shenandoah Valley League officials that I strongly believe was unjust. This decision has profoundly affected the team, stripping these young athletes of the opportunity to compete fairly and be fairly judged. We stand united in our demand for transparency in these processes, and for all parties involved to be held equally accountable.

These boys, just like any other children, deserve to be heard. They deserve decisions driven by fairness and justice, not by opaque processes and biased judgments. Mistakes can happen, but it is how those in authority handle them that truly tests the strength of a community's values.
