Hold SAMSUNG responsible for ear infections from Galaxy Buds Pro

The Issue

Just do a quick search online and you will see there are countless Samsung customers experiencing ear infections after wearing the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. People are describing in-depth that wearing these buds for even 20 minutes leaves them with liquid discharge and flaking skin.

Samsung responds to clients with instructions on how to use and properly clean their buds and takes zero responsibility for the fact that it has to do with the materials they are using to produce these earbuds. Customers are told to provide evidence from doctors regarding this issue. They tell customers that they need to have doctors administer allergy tests, which cost money. They tell their clients to send in their buds for inspection but never follow through on sending the necessary materials to do so.

Here are some customer experiences with these buds:

"I'm having this ear infection also. Now I'm not sure weather to dispose it. I change to other brand and no issue. If I use Samsung ear bud... My ear start to have the infection. Liquid start flowing out."

"I sent my Buds Pro back to Samsung in November. At this point I am out the $210.00 for my purchase of the buds, $25 in a medical co-pay, and a day of work that I had to take off due to an ear infection caused by your product."

"I purchased the Samsung Buds pro yesterday and today I am facing the same issue. My ears hurt. I opened them today and looking forward to return it. Is it poosible to ship it back and get a refund? "

"I waited for a month or so for my ear to heal until I started using the earbuds again, but alas, the same thing happened. This just hints that it might be the earbuds. So again I waited for a month or so, disinfected the earbuds, and started using them again. Guess what? The same thing happens - itchiness in the ear, **bleep** coming out. This time, i went to the doctor and got some antibiotics and eardrops."

People are filing lawsuits but this still needs more attention.
