A Black truck driver, simply performing his duties, became a target of racial intolerance and aggression. This event came to light through a TikTok video shared by the user @noturningback_98, which has since stirred outrage among viewers who are appalled by the blatant acts of racism and violence portrayed.

Upon arriving at TBD Dumpsite, an enterprise connected with Two Banks Development LLC and Wright Brothers Construction, the driver was met with hostility and unprovoked aggression. Safety Manager Michael Buckner, who, alarmingly, supposedly is also affiliated with the local sheriff's office, escalated the situation by reportedly attacking the driver and his dog. Such actions not only violate the principles of equality and respect but also risk the safety and well-being of individuals based on racial lines.

The emotional and psychological distress caused to the victim is immeasurable, and there is also concern for property damages incurred during this ordeal. Being that the employees featured in this video flipped this man's truck over with a bulldozer, after attacking and harassing him, just to prove their racist efforts further. This case highlights a chilling reminder of the racism that persists today, and it is crucial for the community to stand united in demanding justice. NO ONE should ever be faced with this disgustingly appalling behavior that is spewing from the faces of supposed "professional" and "Christian" businesses. Michael Buckner claiming to be with Haywood County sheriff's department is also sickening. 

We call upon relevant authorities in Haywood County to thoroughly investigate this incident, hold the individuals and businesses involved accountable for their actions, and to ensure that such discriminatory behavior is met with appropriate consequences. This includes an inquiry into the affiliations and actions of Michael Buckner, and a reassessment of his role within public safety management.
