I was born in the island of PR 51 years ago. I moved to the US when I was 15 years old.  As I got older and visited I started to realize the Puerto Rican government does not care about the hundreds of thousands of animals roaming the streets.  There are dead dogs everywhere, people that mistreat and murder them.  No one is hold accountable.  Stand with me to tell the Puerto Rican government enough is enough! Do something to stop the mistreatment of animals and help the public catch, neuter or spay and release! It takes a village!
