Hello everyone, my name is Demarius Duarte Williams and I was found guilty of resisting arrest in city of Anaheim, CA. I've been beaten or attacked by police over 10 times cause people whom call themselves "gangstalkers" had started rumors saying i sold drugs in which i had a 9-5 job. Working at Garden Grove Kia. There are dozens of videos on YouTube under my name "DEMARIUS(guy with bandage on face) WILLIAMS". I previously went to court 2016 and basically had the same charge I was found guilty of on Monday, August 12th, 2019 dropped or dismissed. So I don't understand why they would harass me again and agitate me and arrest me again for no reason. I'm innocent and my appeal process will show that. None of my evidence was admitted or none of my witnesses that showed up were not allowed to testify as to what actually occurred versus what cops say. Please help assist me in this matter as I strive for a new outlook and a better me. I don't deserve this... Please show your compassion with a signature on this form. I'm looking at a 1year to 3year sentence for nothing plus probation violation which makes no sense. I want to be able to fight this outside of jail.
