Hold Mississippi CPS/DHS Workers Accountable for Misconduct

The Issue

Individual case workers should be held responsible for consistent misconduct. This person is to help families who have experienced this consistent misconduct and who have proof of it to be able to hold the case worker who had committed said consistent misconduct liable. The corruption stops now.

Families in MS, are being wronged due to the misconduct of some Child Protective Services (CPS) and Department of Human Services (DHS) workers who falsify documents, deny evidence, and lie in court. These actions are unjust and create severe setbacks for families who are trying hard to meet the demands assigned to them.

This petition is not just about my personal story but is a call for justice for all families who have endured similar situations. It is crucial that we hold these workers accountable to ensure that they operate within the best interests of families and the legal system. We are demanding concrete measures that will require accountability from case workers who engage in deceitful practices.

Implementing measures such as a transparent review process for handling documents and interactions with case workers, coupled with strict penalties for those found guilty of misconduct, could significantly deter unethical behavior. Moreover, allowing families to sue the individuals and the responsible agencies would ensure personal accountability and compensation for any harm caused.

By signing this petition, you will help protect the rights of families in Mississippi and contribute to creating a system where integrity and honesty are at the forefront of social services. We need your support to make this change happen. Please sign this petition and stand with us in holding CPS and DHS workers accountable for their actions.
