Hold Khamenei Accountable For Genocide

The Issue

To the International Community,

We, the global citizens dedicated to justice and human rights, urgently call upon the United Nations and all responsible international bodies to recognise Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as a perpetrator of genocide and crimes against humanity. In accordance with the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) principle, adopted by all UN member states in 2005, it is crucial to address his role in the catastrophic events of January 2026 and hold him accountable for orchestrating large-scale atrocities.

The tragic loss of over 36,000 innocent lives during this period underscores the gravity of the situation and the immediate need for international intervention. Reports from reputable human rights organizations have documented systematic persecution and targeted violence against vulnerable populations, an unbearable reality that demands swift and decisive action from the global community.

The Responsibility to Protect (R2P) outlines the international community's duty to prevent such heinous acts and protect those who cannot defend themselves. Ignoring these obligations not only undermines the fundamental principles of human rights but also emboldens others who seek to exploit power for oppressive ends.

We urge the United Nations Security Council and the International Criminal Court to initiate thorough investigations into these crimes and bring Ayatollah Khamenei to justice. It is imperative that lessons from the past guide our actions today, preventing further loss of life and preserving global peace and security.

Your signatures can amplify this call, compelling leaders to act decisively and uphold their responsibilities under international law. Add your name to demand justice and ensure that the voices of the victims are not silenced.

Please sign this petition for justice, accountability, and humanity.
