On October 28th, 2020, Joe Biden, on his website, criticized Trump's inaction regarding the invasion and ethnic cleansing of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh, and promised to do better. We the people are asking for Joe Biden to directly engage with the leaders of Europe, Armenia, Russia, Israel, Turkey and Azerbaijan, and to uphold this promise by:

• Demanding Azerbaijan immediately cease their invasion of Nagorno-Karabakhand end their ethnic cleansing of Armenians on the basis of their Christian Faith, National identity, and preference for a free and Democratic system of government.
• Preparing to implement and not waive requirements under Section 907 of the Freedom Support Act to stop the flow of American taxpayer's dollars and American military equipment to Azerbaijan.
• Impose Sanctions on Turkey if they do not stop hiring Syrian mercenaries and terrorists to aid Azerbaijan in their invasion and ethnic cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh.
• Re-evaluate Turkey as a member of NATO.
• Demand third parties, such as Turkey, Israel, and Russia from providing military equipment, such as drones, to Azerbaijan.
• Impose sanctions against Azerbaijan for multiple war crimes, including, but not limited to:
  • Violations of multiple Humanitarian ceasefire agreements.
  • Execution of POW's and civilians.
  • Use of missiles, combat drones, and mortars on civilian homes, hospitals, and churches.
  • Use of Armenian Military Uniforms by Azerbaijani soldiers and Syrian Mercenaries to confuse and deceive.
  • Use of White Phosphorus against civilians.
•  Push for the United States and its European partners to provide humanitarian assistance to the Armenian victims and refugees in Nagorno-Karabakh.
• Investigate domestic terrorism by Turkish and Azerbaijani nationals against Armenian-Americans within the borders of the United States.

We congratulate you on your historic victory, but if you truly believe you'll be a better leader than Trump, please use this conflict to demonstrate to the world your capacity to bring people together and bring peace.
