I have been railroaded by the Allen County "Family" Courts, Allen County DCS, Allen County CASA, and the Allen County Prosecutor; who has refused to file charges even though I have presented factual evidence to support my claims. Despite following all legal procedures, I faced severe injustice. My son and daughter have been directly affected by these systemic failures.

The Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), especially the Allen County Office, has been fabricating false statements and filing fraudulent documents to unjustly remove children from loving parents. These actions go against the very essence of serving the best interest of the children involved. My personal ordeal is not an isolated incident; many families within Allen County have echoed similar grievances.

Policies and procedures laid out in the DCS handbook are being blatantly ignored, allowing a culture of lying to persist unchecked. This is happening while their superiors turn a blind eye or, worse yet, support these illegal actions. Due to this, children are torn away from nurturing environments without any supporting evidence, causing irreparable emotional and psychological harm.

Statistics indicate that the children within Indiana's child welfare system do not receive appropriate services, suffer tremendous setbacks in their adult life. This significant damage is highlighting a widespread issue of administrative misconduct. Multiple reports and testimonies from affected families stress the urgency for reform within the Allen County Office and DCS as a whole.

To protect families and ensure the well-being of children, we demand a transparent investigation into the conduct of the Indiana DCS, especially the Allen County Office. This includes auditing case files, reviewing employee actions, and imposing disciplinary measures where misconduct is evident. Furthermore, there should be an overhaul of current policies to prevent future injustices.
