Coupled with the fact that I was gearing up to manage my tax money through their platform, this has not only left me in a state of financial instability but has also directly aggravated my health.
While I carry this personal burden, it's evident that other customers might be experiencing similar hardships due to Credit Karma's irresponsible actions. This shows that this is not a one-off case, but rather a systematic problem within the organization. We urge Credit Karma to review and revise their policies, which currently subjects us to undue harm and distress.
We demand that Credit Karma be held liable for freezing accounts without a legitimate cause, and for their lack of adequate communication towards users. Furthermore, for the distress and potential health hazards caused by these actions, they need to provide compensation.
