The Issue

On October 30, 2025, I purchased a car from Cory Simek /Cory with the keys, trusting it to be a safe and reliable vehicle. Instead, I've faced nothing but stress and financial strain. Within less than two months of ownership, I've had to fix the car twice, only for it to break down again still needing repairs on it with motor mounts and rack and pinion . The latest issues involved a faulty motor and radiator, leading to mounting repair costs that I could not afford.

Moreover, when the car was initially serviced, the key connect didn’t inform me of the repair shop’s location nor did they provide any paperwork. The car was sold to me at $2500 down payment and $480 monthly installments with no warranty – marked as 'used as is'. This has left me feeling swindled and stranded.

To make matters worse, I'm not alone in this predicament. There are numerous others who have been similarly deceived. They, too, were sold cars with severe mechanical issues and left without any recourse. This irresponsible practice not only puts financial strain on buyers but compromises safety on the roads.

It is time to hold Cory with theys accountable for these unethical practices. They should be providing full disclosure on the condition of their vehicles and offering transparent service information. Additionally, they should honor reimbursements or reparations for cars falsely advertised as functioning.

I urge our community and local authorities to investigate further and demand accountability from Cory with theys. Together, we can prevent more unsuspecting buyers from facing similar hardships. Your signature can help bring about the necessary change to protect consumers from unethical auto sales. Please sign this petition to make our roads safer and to ensure fair business practices.
