Petition: Hold Blue Buffalo Car Wash Accountable for Vehicle Damage

To:  Buffalo Car Wash, Local Consumer Protection Authorities, and the Office of the New York State Attorney General

We, the undersigned, are calling for accountability and fair treatment fromBlue Buffalo Car Wash in Lakewood, NY.

Customers have repeatedly experienced damage to their vehicles while using this carwash. Despite providing evidence and filing complaints, the business has refused to take responsibility or cover repair costs, leaving consumers to pay out-of-pocket for issues that occurred under the care of the carwash.

This behavior is unacceptable and may violate New York General Business Law § 349, which prohibits “deceptive acts and practices in the conduct of any business, trade, or commerce.” By denying responsibility for damage clearly caused during their services, Blue Buffalo Car Wash is engaging in unfair and deceptive practices against consumers.
