I built a custom gaming PC to play Call of Duty and a few other games I enjoy. However, about a week ago, I discovered that someone had hacked into my Activision account and linked their Steam account to it. I do not have a Steam account that I play Call of Duty on; all my Call of Duty games were purchased and played on Battle.net. Despite appealing the ban and providing information about the hack, including when the new account was added, Activision denied my appeal. The cost of my PC was around $1,700.00 and I lost approximately around $230.00 in games and in-game purchases for a total loss of around $1,930.00. I am a single father who is not working do to health issues so I can not afford to re-build or purchase another $1,700.00 PC.

This is not an isolated incident. Many users have reported being falsely banned without adequate support or recourse from Activision to appeal these bans effectively. This lack of support leaves loyal players frustrated and unfairly penalized.

We demand that Activision take responsibility for these unjust bans by improving their security measures, providing better customer support for appeals, and ensuring fair investigations into each case. Please sign this petition to urge Activision to address these critical issues immediately!
