Our market is no stranger to Nintendo merchandise, but the Earthbound series has been an exception to this rule. Outside of a handful of figures, promotional material, and a few Mr. Saturn plushies, there has been a small amount of official Earthbound merch released. The Hobonichi Mother Project has been making massive strides to address this with copious amounts of trinkets capable of making any Mother fan's heart swell, but it turns out one of their particular plush sets is only being internally considered to be sold commercially.

An adorable set of plush dolls of the main protagonists of Earthbound, Ness, Paula, Jeff, and Poo, were trial products shown off in an event a few months back. Since Earthbound's release, there has yet to be an official plush of Ness or any of the protagonists from the series, and this set would change that! Merchandise Collector's and Earthbound fans such as myself were eagerly awaiting the release of these plushies, but they were confirmed to only be trial products after I directly emailed the Hobonichi Mother Project team asking when they might become available.

Signing this petition would inform the team that there is in fact a desire for these plushies on the market! Nintendo might not want to localize Mother 3, but us Earthbound fans were extremely excited just to see these super cute little fellas on our Twitter feeds!
