Stop the development of the Multi-Family housing on 1604 and Judson.

The Issue

The development of 288 units behind the Steubing Ranch Community will dramatically lower home values, overcrowd our schools, impact our security. The land is also on the aquifer recharge zone, in which we have been in stage 2 restrictions for 7 months already. Parts of the land are a floodplain, which will change the natural flow of the water, putting our homes in jeopardy of flooding. The development will be 30 feet from Steubing Ranch homeowner’s property lines and severely drop the value of our homes, our privacy and our security. Our schools are already crowded, with an addition of 288 families, our children’s education will be at risk. The apartment complex will bring down Community of Steubing Ranch’s home values, security, privacy, and schools.
