It has come to our attention that the HOA has decided that food trucks will not be allowed in the neighborhood unless they are part of an official HOA-sponsored event. We, the residence of Waterside at the Catawba, would like to make our voice heard against this decision.

As long as the food trucks are following Town of Fort Mill laws and regulations there seems to be no reason not to allow them in the neighborhood. We are unhappy with the decision made by the board.

Please reassess your decision. As residence, we enjoy the convenience and atmosphere it creates with in our community.
