Below is the email response to the association attorney, I didnt want to answer each & every line he asked me but want to reply the purpose only. I didnt want to waste time going to & fro with him. I understand the call of an attorney was unnecessary, the same could have been done by management or board to save HOA funds instead of wasting them as Attorney fees. Anyhow it clearly shows the Attorney is only one side. For homeowner rights I dont think an attorney has to jump in. Lot of questions arise but holding till we inspect documents. If any questions or any corrections please leave a comment on this petition or respond to me directly.

Thank you for reaching out, Your prompt response shows, how much we Sable Glen Homeowners voices are Valued. We really appreciate Management & Board for giving this opportunity. We requesting documents in a Good Faith & Best interest of Sable Glen Homeowners to benefit & develop of the community. The more we educate & learn about our Sub Division, It gives more opportunities to take ownership & share responsibility as homeowners in Sable Glen Community. We have been in continuous communications with several homeowners who showed lot of interest to be on board & community which can bring lot of positive changes in the community by using homeowners talents & experiences which can help our community financially, Which helps in eliminating over burden of Management & board. Instead of hearing over & over every year, Visualization makes more sense of what we hearing over years. It removes lot of misunderstanding & brings in a clear picture of our Sable Glen Sub Division where we standing now & in future which helps homeowners to make informed decisions in Electing their leaders who can lead our Sable Glen to Beautify & Create a safer community. WE homeowners looking for a new & positive change of Sable Glen Sub Division.

Copies of Judgments, Liens, or any encumbrances recorded against, or on behalf of the Association.
Recorded instruments related to all properties owned by the Association.
Association documents related to membership voting, the election of officers, directors, and membership approvals, such as Ballots, Proxies, Notices, Minutes.
All rental records of the Association, if the Association acts as a rental agent.
All Association accounting records for the past 3 years, including but not limited to:
Records of receipts and expenditures,
Current account ledgers for each member of the Association reflecting the member's name, amount and due date of each annual assessment, payments made to the account and the current balance due,
All Association financial reports, reviews, and audits,
All contracts for work to be performed, including bids,
Invoices for purchases made by the Association
Other Association official records that relate to the operation and management of the community.
