As we all know due to the Pandemic, which has impacted a lot of families financially, mentally & emotionally for various reasons due to Covid 19. We received a letter increasing our HOA fees. We as homeowners, the goal is to simply explore possible ways to lower the association’s cost for everyone’s benefit. So are we disapproving the HOA fee increase for 2021.
