Currently the Foxhall Homeowners Association Swimming Pool is open at a limited capacity in Phase I.  On Friday, June 5th, the Governor of Virginia put forth guidelines to allow the state to enter Phase II, which allows outdoors pools to open by complying to the following requirements.

1. Outdoor pools may open for lap swimming, diving, exercise, and instruction.  (Movement is necessary and no floating/lounging is allowed).

2. Lap swimming must be limited to 3 per lane with a 10 ft physical distance per swimmer.

3.  No more than 50 guests total (pool plus deck) at any given time.

Given our HOA has already set up a great plan in place for Phase I, we should be able to implement Phase II by adjusting a few details.  We already have an online system in place for signups.  This allows each family to sign up for a 45 minute slot (or whatever time slot that swim metro and our community decides is best) and gives Swim Metro the adequate time in between sessions for cleaning/disinfecting.  Waivers are already in place and will need to be completed for all family members.  If a family has more than 3, they can reserve deck space and rotate to allow members of the same family to share the lane.
