Allow the residents of RiverTown to have separate storage sheds in their backyards. Has to be on a concrete slab. And color or shed must match primary color of home. Also roof must be shingled to match your home. Must not block any of neighbors scenic views out of their own house.  Cannot be any bigger then 10x12.
