Dogs and cats are pets. We need to stop this cruelty all around the world. It is irrelevant that it might cause offence. The UK is a civilised country and has to make a stand. Animals do not have a voice. We will have to be theirs. It is a practice which cause serious distress to all animal lovers. These poor pets are subjected to excruciating pain and fear.
