End Youth Homelessness
The Issue
We want to End Youth Homelessness forever. We want to ensure every homeless young person has a place to live and can study or work.
We know it's a big ask, but it must happen.
80,000 young people experience homelessness in the UK every year. 61% of British adults think that the government should make ending youth homelessness a priority. It’s time to End Youth Homelessness forever.
End Youth Homelessness is a group of charities and businesses that have joined forces to raise awareness of youth homelessness, to influence public policy and to offer practical solutions such as work placements and apprenticeships.
We are working with all political parties to improve services to prevent homelessness, to ensure more affordable homes are built, and to get young people into work.
We are working with businesses to secure more work placements, traineeships and apprenticeships.
And now we need your help.
By signing our petition, you will be showing your support and helping us to End Youth Homelessness forever.
Methodology note: ComRes interviewed 2,079 British adults aged 18+, including 256 adults in North West England, 83 adults in North East England and 214 adults in London online on behalf of Centrepoint between the 10th and 12th January 2014. Data were weighted to be demographically representative of all adults aged 18+ in Great Britain. Please note the small base size in North East England (n=83); results are indicative rather than representative of this region. ComRes is a member of the British Polling Council and abides by its rules. Please find full data tables available at www.ComRes.co.uk.
