In order to prevent the disruption and disturbance of the customary character of the Brook St. neighborhood and, by precedent, the neighborhoods in all Single Residence Districts in the Town of Wellesley, we the undersigned are in opposition to a.) the classification and registration of Riverstone Custom builders, Limited Liability Company as a Home Occupation, and b.) the Building Department's issuance of a Business Certificate allowing Riverstone Custom Builders, Limited Liability Company to operate as a Home Occupation.
