9Round Kickboxing Fitness in Flamingo Falls Plaza, Pembroke Pines has been a successful small business for almost 5 years in the same location. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the business has fallen behind in rent payments.  We never received any PPP loans and only received one small EIDL Loan which didn’t have much impact. The landlord is unwilling to provide us further time to rebuild the business now that the gym is re-opened and can properly support repayment. We have made several proposals to resolve this and now only ask for time to rebuild and repay what’s owed. Please sign our petition to ask Site Centers to give us a chance to survive.  The business is an upstanding member of the community and is only asking the landlord for time.
